About the role:

Our Cambridge team have an opportunity for a self-motivated and results-driven Operations Manager to join the team. This is a challenging and demanding role with plenty of scope for growth and development. This role will be responsible for:

  • People Leadership
  • Sales leadership
  • Managing installation, customer service, and heat pump servicing
  • Health and Safety
  • Inventory control
  • Quality control
  • Managing plant, vehicles and equipment

Who we are looking for:

You may already be an Operations Team Leader looking for the next step in your management career or you may be an experienced Branch Manager with transferable skills looking for a new challenge in a different industry.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role in branch or franchise operations
  • a diploma or trade certification (or equivalent work experience)
  • the ability and willingness to travel across the wider Waikato region (clean and full NZ driver's license required)
  • the ability and willingness to work flexibly (occasional work outside standard business hours may be required)
  • excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to motivate others
  • an understanding of inventory control and finance operational activity
  • experience using computer systems, including CRM and ERP systems
  • strong knowledge of Health and Safety management
  • Knowledge of HVAC is desirable
