About the role:

Our Customer Care Consultants – Outbound are responsible for maximising sales of HRV whole home solutions.

Roles includes:

  • Telephoning prospective customers
  • Finding new leads,
  • Setting up quality appointments
  • Providing support to our customers. 

You don’t need to have experience as full training will be given.

We are looking for drive, determination, and resilience, you’ll have exceptional customers service skills, and you are an excellent communicator which enables you to engage in conversation with our diverse range of customers. You LOVE working in a team environment and talking to people.

So, if you are eager and willing to jump on the phones, give it a go and get results, then this is the role for you.

What's on offer:

  • Full time work (Monday to Friday), hours are Monday to Thursday from 10am-6.30pm, and Friday 9am-5.30pm.
