This is a newly created opportunity for a self-motivated and driven Sales Consultant to join our high-performing Auckland Sales team. If you enjoy problem solving, building relationships, and working with a variety of people across New Zealand, this is the role for you!

In this dynamic and fast paced role, you will showcase your tenacity in sales, identifying solutions to sell to our customers by educating customers by educating them on how our products are in investment in their home and family. This is a challenging role where you have the autonomy and flexibility to do what is needed to get the results we are looking for.

This role will see you responsible for a portfolio of customers, ranging from existing clients to new warm leads, to generating and establishing brand new relationships. We have a dedicated team of customer service consultants who generate leads and book appointments for you. This means you can focus on what you do best, building relationships and sales!

About you:

You will have a proven track record in Sales, and a hunger and desire to drive and grow our business. You will be passionate about making all kiwi homes healthier.

Exceptional communication skills, problem solving, good computer skills using Windows 365 and CRM and being self-motivated will come naturally to you, along with a desire to learn, grow with the business and develop your career.

The role is performance based and to succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone with the ability to smash sales targets and KPIs which we will reward you for.

Monday to Friday, 9-5, is not the standard hours, the ability to be flexibility and willingness to work with our customers availability is vital, we are not all work hard and no play we encourage work life balance and try to offer flexibility where we can.
