Based at our busy office in Tauranga, we have an exciting opportunity in our Contact Centre team. We are looking for someone to support multiple departments across the business.

You will be involved in multiple areas of the contact centre from customer service, booking HRV Filter changes to supporting our sales diary.

Previous customer service or call centre experience preferred but not necessary – Full training is provided

Other key areas of responsibility include the following:

• Data and CRM Management
• Providing excellent technical support to our customer base
• Monitoring achievement targets
• Maintaining high activity and productivity
• Answering inbound calls and interacting with our customer base
• Territory management in order to coordinate diaries

We are looking for a dynamic person who is tech savvy and has a great team spirit to join our HRV BOP family as our contact centre all-rounder.
