About the role:

Based in Onehunga, our passionate and motivated Auckland team have an opportunity for an Operations Support Team Leader to join our high performing team. Reporting to the Auckland Operations Manager, this is a key role within the Auckland Operations Leadership Team. You will be accountable for leading a team of Service Technicians who are visiting customers’ homes to service existing systems. This role has a sales element to it as the team helps solve customer problems by upselling and cross selling our other solutions.

Working collaboratively with the wider leadership team, you will be responsible for the daily oversight of work being planned and completed to maximise efficiency and exceed customer expectations. Key aspects of this role include coordinating workflow, including managing team diaries and job allocation; running toolbox meetings to keep your team informed and safe; conducting on-the-job training to keep your team’s knowledge and skills current, and driving a customer-centric culture to achieve positive NPS outcomes.

We are looking for someone with strong team leadership skills who can swiftly take charge and lead their team to ensure things get done safely and efficiently, whilst maintaining a supportive work environment.

This is a dynamic and fast paced role, where you will showcase your leadership skills by guiding, motivating, and coaching your team to provide great customer service and sales outcomes. You will have a proactive eye for detail, identifying opportunities to enhance our processes and solve problems as they arise. Exceptional communication skills, problem solving and being self-motivated will come naturally to you, along with a desire to learn, grow with the business and develop your career.
