 We have a standout opportunity for a People & Culture Partner to join our Auckland Office. This is a great place for someone looking to grow their skills, coming from either a coordinator or advisory level role.  Working closely with the People & Culture team, you will provide dedicated support across our network of diverse business units. There’s plenty of variety and scope, with no two days the same.  As a true business partner, you’ll enjoy relationship management and utilising your broad range of generalist HR skills and abilities to support our people.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a switched-on team player, who has the capability to manage a number of priorities at any one time – we are a busy team! You will need to be a great communicator both written and verbal and have the natural ability to build rapport quickly to engage with people at all levels. These are some skills and experience we are looking for -

  • 2 - 3 years' generalist HR experience
  • Generalist employment relations knowledge and experience
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound analytical ability and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent relationship building, influencing, coaching and negotiating skills
  • A positive, proactive, can do approach.
  • Passionate, Resilient, Inquisitive
