About the role
Auckland is growing at an amazing rate and our customer delivery team is busy working with customers requiring electricity and gas connection projects, within residential subdivisions and commercial developments  Work with new and existing industrial, commercial and residential customers and be their one point of contact during the project deliver stage of infrastructure and commercial projects.

This role is all about working with our customers and service providers, to coordinate the delivery of customer projects. These are for our larger gas and electricity connection projects, and our customers are primarily commercial and industrial property owners, and property developers.

This is a great role which has a unique mix of project coordination, contract management and stakeholder management. The role is responsible for managing the delivery of multiple projects initiated by our customers. This is all achieved while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone with experience coordinating and overseeing the delivery of projects in what can often be a complex environment. You will enjoy working in a busy and challenging role and will have a real desire to meet customer needs in a way that ensures they enjoy working with you.

Your strengths will be in coordination and customer service, with the drive to work with others to get the job done. To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and experience:

  • Good attention to detail and a proven ability to work in a busy environment to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in a contracting or project environment would be ideal
  • Knowledge of the energy industry or experience in a construction/industrial/ technical environment
  • Contributes to creating a positive, high performing team environment.
  • Experience working in an infrastructure or industrial type environment would be of benefit.
