About the Role
As a Senior Digital Architect, you will be responsible for the development of solutions and services within Vector’s enterprise architecture framework and contributing to the growth of that framework.

The role exists to assist and enable our partner businesses and Vector Group to achieve our business objectives by defining, managing and governing solution designs and service specifications; and to guide the effective deployment of solutions into the operational environment.

You'll provide strong collaboration with key business and Digital stakeholders to create effective solutions that align with business requirements and architectural standards.

Experience with some or all of the following is valuable:

• Cloud technologies and standards, ideally AWS
• Security architecture, standards and protocols
• Service Oriented design, implementation, and governance
• Integration patterns, API design, microservices
• B2B interface design
• IoT technologies and M2M communication protocols
• Mobile application development

Who are we looking for?
You’ll have significant prior experience (6+ years) working in a digital or solution architecture role and will likely have come from a software development background before that. You’ll also have a proven track record of designing digital services in a cloud environment as well as experience working within cross-functional teams, delivering solutions within an Agile (Scrum) and DevOps framework. Bring with you, your knowledge of ITIL / ITSM processes as well as your collaboration and influencing skill set to develop meaningful relationships to positively impact Vector and if you have experience working in utility metering and/or an IoT application domain we’d love to talk!
