What will you be doing? We’ll keep you busy and teach you how to:

  • Provide outstanding customer sales & service for new & existing accounts. Contacts and calls to mechanical contractors, architects, building engineers, and residential customers to manage existing accounts and business develop new accounts to achieve annual sales and margin goals.
  • Conduct regular customer follow-up activities to ensure customer expectations are being met.
  • Develop business, introduce new products, enhance customer experience.  Seek new business opportunities from sales leads and customer follow-up activities.  Cold call, prospect, and close new business.
  • Produce quotations, submittal sheets, dimensional information, and technical information for new and replacement systems. Plan/spec projects in a timely manner using company enterprise software.  Communicate and meet with regional sales staff and/or customers for s tatus reports on various job quotes.
  • Processes orders including changing status, producing sign-off sheets, reporting on job or any completion delays, & communicating with customers, branch staff and management.
  • Achieve sales goals in assigned territory.
  • Maintain proficiency with company computer systems in aspects related to jobs, or other job & office functions and requirements.

Essential Skills, Experience and Education

  • HVAC knowledge preferred but we will train the right candidate.
  • 3 years’ experience in sales or a trade related industry.
  • Outstanding sales and customer service expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Accuracy and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated.
