Based at our busy office in Tauranga, we have an exciting opportunity in our Contact Centre team. You will be responsible for telephoning prospective customers and setting up quality appointments of HRV Total Home Solutions for the sales team to convert.

No experience necessary – Training is provided!

Other key areas of responsibility include the following:

• Achieving Key Performance Outcomes (KPO's) including minimum call volumes, qualifying appointments and a high level of data integrity when inputting our CRM system
• Monitoring achievement targets
• Maintaining high activity and productivity
• Answering inbound calls and interacting with our customer base
