HRV is here to help all New Zealanders make their homes drier, filled with filtered air and much more comfortable to live in. We’ve been dedicated to this mission since 2003 and have helped over 500,000 Kiwis achieve this.

About the role
This role is at the core of our operation. Oversee daily operations of the supply chain including the production scheduling, fabrication, warehousing, logistics, procurement, and stock control functions for HRV, to support the high-volume deployment of home ventilation systems to customers across New Zealand.

Bring your process improvement skills to the role, and drive improvements and efficiencies through the supply chain function. Ensure the right stock is available at the right location at the right time to support our regional teams.

The role has a number of direct reports who manage the day to day activities. You will enjoy being a hands-on leader who is keen to roll their sleeves up and be part of the team.  This is not a desk job! Staff engagement and team culture are important to us, and you will play a key role in actively growing this within the team.

With some key supply chain projects also underway, this role will help to develop and deliver the strategic roadmap for this function.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for an engaging leader who has a number of years’ experience gained in supply chain management, logistics, production planning or similar.  In addition, the following attributes will help you to be successful:

·         The ability and desire to mentor and develop your team

·         Sound understanding of financial information

·         Able to build great relationships and instil trust in others

·         Technology skills in relation to excel, CRM and financial reporting systems
