Job Description

About the role
As a part of our Welcome Centre team, you will provide exceptional customer service on behalf of our retail customers, ensuring resolution are found for all metering requests, queries and any disputes that come through as dealt with in timely manner.  Your day will be filled with managing queries such as scheduling dates, appointments and ensuring all coordination is being carried out for successful field visits. In addition, you support and challenge work processes/procedures across business units and recommend improvements to customer experience and team where needed.
* Please note this is a fixed term role until 31 December 2020

Qualifications

Who we are looking for?
You’ll bring some previous customer service or call centre experience. You’re a great communicator and have the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers. You will also bring have the following -
•    Ability to handle customer complaints
•    Strong computer skills - Word and Excel
•    Attention to detail and accuracy in processing documentation
•    Personal resilience, positivity and enthusiasm
