Job Description

We are now looking for a Business Lead to our Propositions-team in Finland! As the Business Lead you will hold the commercial responsibility to improve and maintain our proposition portfolio, ensure profitability in our business, and develop new business propositions. You will be accountable for meeting the team's business targets and managing operations to maximize effectiveness and value.  

This role also includes: 

  • Planning, developing, and implementing business goals and strategies. 
  • Managing the operations of your team. 
  • Performance tracking and reporting the performance of your team to different stakeholders and higher management 
  • Stakeholder management. 
  • Setting and managing the total gross margin budget on the portfolio. 
  • Coordination of regulatory demands 
  • Overseeing our core product's lifecycle and profitability. 
  • Monitoring product performance to meet customer, market, and company business objectives. 
  • Optimizing and maximizing GM generation, including the aspects of selling costs and sales amount 
  • Securing sales volume follow-up and actions 
  • Securing competitive, optimal and timely pricing 

Qualifications

  • Strong commercial and goal driven mindset. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
  • Proven ability to manage initiatives and lead teams 
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate work with internal and external parties. 
  • Proven ability in developing and presenting business cases. 
  • Strong understanding of customer behaviour. 
  • You are data-driven and analytical with experience in data-driven working methods 
  • Proven experience working with business management. 
  • Good understanding of product development and leading new product launches. 
  • Good understanding of pricing and risks 
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Finnish electricity market is considered an advantage. 
  • Strong orientation to financial thinking 
  • You have the understanding of overall business environment dynamics that affect your operations, and how your operations are impacting overall Consumer sales business 
  • Very good command of Finnish and English 

As a person, you are resilient and adaptable. You have a clear understanding of the business goals and the ability to inspire others to work towards them. You take accountability for your actions and outcomes, holding others accountable as well.
