We are seeking a sales-oriented and resourceful Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our marketing efforts through the implementation and optimization of marketing automation tools and strategies. Your expertise in customer experience (CX) and content creation will be invaluable in crafting personalized and impactful customer communication.

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be part of the team responsible for the relationship with our existing electricity customers in Finland. The team works to maximize the value generated by the existing customer base by continuously improving the customer experience, building loyalty, driving anti-churn and upselling, as well as digitalization.

You have a key role in the team's work to deliver business-critical and customer experience communication to the customer base and thereby achieve our goals in areas such as churn, upselling, and customer experience (CX). You are operationally responsible for managing customer journeys and campaigns in our Marketing Automation system, and your tasks include building new flows, segmenting, setting rules based on our data points, testing and follow-up, as well as quality control and troubleshooting as needed.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement Core Business Processes: Integrate and optimize core business processes within our marketing automation (MA) tool to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build Automated Workflows: Design and develop automated workflows that streamline our marketing operations and enhance customer engagement.
  • Create Relevant Content: Produce compelling content to feed into workflows, including SMS, email, and landing pages, ensuring our messaging resonates with our target audience.
  • Develop Scoring Model Strategies: Formulate and implement scoring model strategies to better understand.
  • Target Group & Marketing List Creation: Identify and create target groups and marketing lists to ensure our campaigns reach the right audience.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Utilize your CX expertise to create personalized and meaningful interactions with our customers, improving their overall experience with Vattenfall.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing automation and related tools.
  • Strong understanding of core business processes and how to implement them in MA tools.
  • Creative skills in content creation for various marketing channels.
  • Experience in developing and implementing scoring models.
  • Ability to identify and segment target groups for effective marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Very good command of English, verbally and written is required and Finnish is very beneficial.
  • Experience in customer experience (CX) strategies and implementation.
  • Past experience from MS Dynamics is considered beneficial.
