Job Description
- Investigating failures related to test systems, test programs, fixtures, and Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs).
- Providing technical analysis support including Test program debugging, PCBA and fixture schematic analysis, Test specification review, and Test coverage analysis.
- Design, develop, and implement In-Circuit Test (ICT) and Functional Test solutions for electronic assemblies.
- Develop customizable software solutions.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously improving test processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and product quality.
- Performing preventive maintenance on test fixtures and test systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Participating in shift-based production support activities as required.
Qualifications
- Engineering Diploma in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits, schematics Interpretation, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++/C#, Python, Visual Basic.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis to support production operations.
