Job Description
- Project Management: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion of projects, manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, own project schedules/delivery targets & budgets, report to stakeholders.
- Customer Relationship Management: Gain a deep understanding of customers’ technical requirements and provide solutions/evaluate feasibility, Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Product cost calculation: Calculation of product costs based on Material and Production pre-calculation results. Proposal of program pricing in different strategies to Customer Portfolio Manager for discussion on final pricing decision
- Leadership: Self-leadership, leading in a project set-up, leading without disciplinary responsibility.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs, maximizing margin contribution, minimizing quality costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or an equivalent professional qualification in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical) from a recognized professional institute.
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in the relevant field. Experience in Electronics manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Should be a Team Player processing strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and project management skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, follow through commitments and meet deadlines.
- Working experience in MS Outlook, Excel and Word is necessary. Hands-on experience with MS 365, Advanced Excel and an ERP system, preferably with SAP will be an added advantage.
