Job Description
Main responsibilities
- Prepare Weekly Distribution OV Reports Charts and Data (Monday Report)
- Provide Distribution information / Schedule for New releases
- Oversee / create capacity & demand metrics reports (One View)
- Oversee / create detailed schedules for large and high visibility orders/ promotions
- Generate Charts and Graphs of statistical data in excel and Power Point
- Prepare Distribution reports and distribute to Sr Management in timely manner
- Create the comparison between forecasts signals to review the changes in each one of the customers
- Creation and maintenance of the data base for the distribution information (Forecasts Vs Actuals) for all the year for each one of the customers per site.
- Participate in the creation of the capacity models for distribution when its required (Budget)
- Communication with the site leaders to confirm capacities, lines, Shifts ETC to maintain accurate the information in the One View.
- Support and provide data for planning reports and provide recommendations
- Special projects as required to facilitate business endeavors and ensure success
- Be able to identify opportunities in the current processes and provide improvements
Qualifications
- Must respond to all e-mails, voice mails promptly
- Be able to manage large amounts of data
- Ability to prepare clear and concise records, reports, files and statistical information correspondence and other written materials using MS Office, Excel and APICS methodology
- Must have ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid independent conclusions
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work with diverse types of personalities
- Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience with emphasis on production planning, production/inventory control or purchasing. Knowledge of JBA a plus.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Excel
- Self-motivated with ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
