Job Description

Communications Officer – 6-month Internship

Education: Master's degree (BAC + 5) – Business or Communications School

Location: Paris 15th or Cesson-Sévigné (35)
Compensation: €1,200 gross + meal vouchers + 75% coverage of public transportation costs.
Working Hours: 35 hours per week over 5 days, no remote work.

Language: Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Vantiva is an international company with over 20 nationalities represented and a presence in North and South America and Eurasia.

Context: Vantiva is one of the world leaders in the manufacturing of broadband and video set-top-boxes, produced under white label for Network Service Providers. The company is undergoing a transformation, and the intern will be at the heart of this dynamic environment, which can be influenced by organizational changes.

Responsibilities: Reporting to the Corporate Communications Director, the scope of the mission includes:

  • External Communications: Assisting with press relations, digital activities, and event planning.
  • Internal Communications: Assisting with intranet management, creating a new newsletter template, organizing town hall meetings, and social events.

The Communications Officer will work closely with the digital team, content writer, human resources, marketing team, and all corporate teams within the company. She/he will ensure the coordination and follow-up of various projects with the Corporate Communications Director.

Desired Profile: High level of autonomy and proactivity required. The company's work culture is to help teammates/interns grow through empowerment and taking on responsibilities.

Qualifications
