Job Description

The team

The Vantiva marketing team’s mission is to create and implement effective marketing & communication plans that help grow the business, boost the brand's value & recognition and attract more customers for Vantiva products & solutions among key audiences. With innovation as a driving force, the team, distributed between the U.S, France and the UK, is looking for an expert in email marketing and automation. Join now a global team of marketing experts and drive the strategy to increase Vantiva’s key target audiences’ engagement through relevant segmented email campaigns. The role will have a global scope and it will support all our businesses. This role will have active and regular interactions with all marketing team members, corporate communications, as well as external stakeholders as required.

The role

  • Responsible for the development and execution of all email marketing campaigns (global, ABM, newsletters…) using Hubspot including segmenting, testing, and automating whenever possible. Continuous assessment and development of these strategies.
  • Craft compelling email subject, copies and visuals that grab the attention of our audience and drive engagement.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Implement A/B testing strategies to test different email elements (subject lines, content, CTAs, etc.). Analyze results and apply learnings to refine and improve campaign performance.
  • Create & Maintain all Hubspot landing pages & forms
  • Responsible for maintaining a high-quality standard for the Hubspot database with regular cleaning (hard bounces, etc…) using workflows and best practices. Maintain & enhance the data integration between Hubspot Marketing Hub and Salesforce CRM, monitor the synchronization and work with CRM Manager to resolve issues. Document all Hubspot processes and produce quarterly audits. 
  • Compliance and Deliverability Management: Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) and best practices. Monitor deliverability rates and take action to maintain high inbox placement rates.
  • Produce regular high-quality campaign analysis using in house customized marketing powerBI dashboards, focusing on insights and lessons learnt, and provide recommendations for maximizing target audience engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a B2B tech enterprise deploying and optimizing email campaigns with a strong understanding of key marketing concepts including campaign planning, execution, testing,  metrics and automation.
  • Hubspot Marketing Hub or equivalent proven working knowledge/certification required.
  • Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices. Knowledge of personas, scoring, engagement tactics, etc..
  • Strong excel expertise
  • Visual design skills, working with tools such as Canva, Email copywriting skills, experience and/or interest in using gen-AI marketing assistant tools.
  • Analytical Skills: An eagerness to understand and apply data analytics in guiding email marketing strategies and improving campaign performance.
  • Excellent project and time management skills: ability to plan, organize, monitor and execute multiple projects on time and within budget, in a complex organization.
  • Ability to build relationships working in a cross-functional global environment
  • Critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills required
  • Hands-on, strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent related education preferred.
