Job Description

As the HR IT Kronos Americas Senior Analyst, you'll spearhead the seamless integration and configuration of Kronos Workforce Now Version 8 within Vantiva's IT framework, optimizing key HR applications in the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Application Support:
    • Lead day-to-day activities in Kronos Workforce Now Version 8 application support.
    • Manage maintenance, incidents, application releases, and patches with a focus on optimal performance.
    • Contribute to HR IT support for HR Americas applications, ensuring a controlled ticket backlog.
    • Collaborate with vendors/software editors for Kronos support when necessary.
  2. Technical Integration:
    • Program, implement, and maintain the Kronos Workforce Now Version 8 timekeeping system.
    • Oversee the technical integration of Kronos with core applications at Vantiva.
    • Implement preventative actions to reduce incident risk and streamline day-to-day activities.
    • Maintain and enhance the knowledge base while monitoring interfaces.
  3. Scope of Work:
    • Configure Kronos applications in collaboration with the HR Business Owner and their User base.
    • Implement patches and releases for on-premise applications, ensuring Kronos Version 8 compatibility.
    • Work on interfaces between Kronos, HR Americas applications, and Core Corporate Function applications.
    • Design, develop, and test reports and data analytics specific to Kronos.
  4. Proactive Incident Management:
    • Implement mechanisms for proactive incident reduction and early detection to avoid business disruptions.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science/Engineer level with the ability to evolve or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7+ years in support and application management/IT administration, with a strong emphasis on Kronos Workforce Now Version 8 and extensive experience in the HR domain. Over five years in IT administration and application configuration. Proficiency in ADP EV6, Ceridian, and Grupo Tress Payroll systems is a plus.
  • Skills: Expertise in Kronos Workforce Now Version 8 support, strong API/integration skills, knowledge of data analytics solutions, and experience in HR processes (payroll, compensation & benefits, Time & Attendance). Capability to document process and solution customization.
  • Methodology: Familiarity with Agile methodology.
  • Attributes: Ability to multitask, manage multiple environments, strong analytical skills, rigor, methodical approach, respect for procedures, and standards.
  • Soft Skills: Team spirit, autonomy, excellent communication skills.
  • Language: Fluent in English (mandatory).

Location: Guadalajara, must be available to work during Americas business hours.
