Qualifications

Mission : 
Maintains and expands business with strategic customers in UK and Ireland, continuing current growth path trajectory
Represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company.
Contribute to the elaboration of the 3Y Plan for his/her geographical area for the entire range of products

Ensure Vantiva team is mapped to customer team. Identify customer needs and pain-points and map to Vantiva offerings. 

Close liaison with CSM and customer delivery teams during sales and development cycles to ensure that project timescales meet expectation. Manage relationships with key customer interfaces on delivery side

Work with Product Management to develop key relationships with Technology partners to identify solutions to collaborate and
create compelling solutions which differentiate Vantiva on the market

Collaborate closely on market trends / customer needs to ensure a future-proof roadmap.
