Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for support and integration of Connected Home Gateway products into our partners cloud based IoT platforms to diversify our customer base into other industry verticals

The candidate will work as part of a small and agile development team inside the connected Home CTO office, reporting to the Chief Solution architect

Profile: SW developer

Experience: 5/10 years as Embedded Developer

Technical & communication skills: Good level of oral and written English, capable to write technical documents

Language: Fluent English is mandatory

Location: Chennai or Bangalore

Education: Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent; Masters is desirable

Technical skills:

▪ Mandatory experience with embedded Linux application development and C/C++ as programming language Knowledge on Open WRT Linux distributions is a plus.

▪ Experience with real-time or Linux operating systems and other programming languages (C++, Java...) is a must.

▪ Resource constraint device/sensor software

▪ Network protocols (HTTP, MQTT, XMPP...) and IoT radio protocols (Zigbee, BLE, Thread)

▪ Networking protocol stacks (TCP/IP) and notion of SDN technology

▪ Git / Github

▪ Jenkins

▪ Programming languages: C/C++, Java, GoLang

▪ Self-starter, able to work autonomously, detail oriented, and ability to work under pressure and short timelines.

▪ Team player with strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
▪ Result oriented and highly flexible (also with relation to tasks).
▪ Dynamic, start-up, and disruptive environment experience preferred.
