Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Global HRIS Support Analyst to join our Global HR Processes and Digitalization team. This role has a global reach, acting as one of the contact points for many different stakeholders (HR teams, Finance, IT, business managers etc) at all levels in the organization, providing support services for our different global HR systems and ensuring that they are used as effectively and consistently as possible.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Answer a variety of support requests related to our global HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors mainly, UKG PeopleDoc, SmartRecruiters and PowerBI)
  • Analysis of change request, implementation in an agile way of working
  • Non regression testing, releases analysis, suggestions of improvement
  • Providing stakeholders and users with the skills and knowledge of the systems
  • Regularly updating and sharing documentation, training and communication materials

Qualifications

  • Must have strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills, including facilitation and presentations
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Perfect fluency in English
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in HRIS, systems analysis, and/or SAP SF implementation is required
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors : Employee central, PmGm, Compensation, Mass imports, Reporting
  • Experience of other tools is a plus, such as UKG PeopleDoc, SmartRecruiters, PowerBI
  • Analytical approach and detailed oriented
