Job Description

Customer Delivery Manager will provide program and project management of consumer electronic devices. This role is expected to be customer facing along with managing a cross functional team through the full product development lifecycle. This role will coordinate efforts with transversal organization, such as sourcing and operations, to assist the delivery team in achieving overall product development objectives.

Essential Functions:

· Customer Satisfaction relevant to on time delivery, final product requirements, and expectations. 

· Works closely with sales on key customer communication and alignment on customer policies and strategy.

· Customer Product Development Interface over life of product.

· Add value to the Sales organization externally to be front-end with the customers, and add value to the Product Unit internally with End to End program management

· Works closely with sales on key customer communication and alignment on customer policies and strategy.

· Work directly with Hardware, Software, and Test Delivery Leads who are the primary interface into engineering/R&D.

· Regularly communicates a comprehensive program status to executive management. · Directing a Customer Delivery Team including Operations, Sourcing, R&D, Quality, Finance and Product Management (as needed).

· Day to day tracking of program including KPI’s during NPI phase.

· Financial management (P&L), KPI management, contract change management, SoW, and program change management.

· Manage overall product cost COGS, R&D manpower, Specific, and NRE/CEA cost. · Manage designated CEM’s for mass production volumes. Understanding manufacturing processes for electronics is a plus.

· Track ASP, BOM, and cost of finished goods to recommend landed price of a finished good according to incoterms requested by customer

· Driving the Vantiva development process (ETM)

Qualifications

Preferred Education and Experience

· BS degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

· 5+ years of work experience in electronics/embedded systems as a lead or manager.

· Excellent customer service and presentation skills. Natural leader.

· Effective communication skills and able to clearly express technical concepts in verbal and written forms

· Track record of delivering quality products on time and budget

· Must have experience leveraging development partners and outsourcing assets

· Knowledgeable in manufacturing environment.

· Strong project management and organizational skills.

· Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to drive for results · Strong technical/business communication skills with the ability to articulate with the customer as needed.

· Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, influence and motivate a team.

· Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Project

· PMP Certification is a plus Additional Eligibility Qualifications

· Experience in consumer products such as GPON/DSL/Wi-Fi, gateway, OTT, or IoT

· Presales or technical sales background is a plus

· Product Forecasting (understanding lead times and manufacturing/transit times) and financial KPI’s is a plus

· Understanding of Agile/Waterfall development methodologies and software development/test plans

· Understanding of design process from prototype to mass production, aspect of integration of the semiconductor into the product. Understanding of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.

· Understanding of industrial design, developing concepts and specifications, manufacturability and value engineering, tolerant/stress analysis, thermal analysis, EMC shielding, drop/shock, vibration, audible noise, case temperature, heat sink/spreader design, force airflow, and heat run.

· Certification/Compliance: Knowledge of UL, FCC, Wi-F
