Job Description

  • Responsible for sourcing data management quality and accuracy, such as supplier master data, spend master data, supplier performance data..etc
  • Responsible for daily sourcing system content cleansing and data streamlining, such as sourcing internal portal and external supplier portal system..etc
  • Liaison with internal sourcing stakeholders for Power BI analysis and reporting on sourcing and procuring activities, performance and efficiency
  • Support GCM team on “Request for Quotation” in sourcing system
  • Develop and maintain sourcing reporting dashboard internally
  • Support sourcing management for analytics related tasks  
  • Relevant Sourcing Tools (such as PLM Agile, SRM, ERP SAP) User Supports including training and data management supports
  • Organizes assistance and supports during sourcing events, such as RFP, Auctions, Contract management, vendor performance, internal and external ISO similar audits, etc.

Qualifications

  • 5 years plus working experience from electronics/manufacture industry, work in a global environment across different regions, sourcing/procurement experience will be preferred
  • Data analytical experience with common tools such as excel, statistical analysis knowledge and experience, if have any of SQL, Power BI, Tableau skills will be preferred
  • Have some experiences with e-sourcing tools, ERP and PLM system experience will be advantage
  • Detail driven and perfect team player, Strong service mind and communication skills, Self-driven with high integrity, data sensitive and oriented
  • Fluent English level is a must.
