Your role as Commercial Controller;

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Control, the Commercial Controller is actively responsible for the interaction between finance and sales and has a crucial role in translating data insights to concrete actions for the sales teams. The ideal candidate has been exposed to, or heaving dealt with commercial or sales control in a dynamic and fast moving organisation and has a pragmatic and hands-on approach with strong communication skills. Tasks and responsibilities:  

  • Responsible for calculating and setting prices for the internal products and sales teams; 
  • Cooperate in close coordination with the Head of Commercial Control; 
  • Evaluate performance and give valuable insights to the sales team; 
  • Actively take care of daily operational pricing requests; 
  • Responsible for the weekly reporting on the main business KPI’s; 
  • Interact with the various sales teams in the Advidi organisation; 
  • Together with the Business Intelligence team further develop the pricing algorithm and continuously develop reporting; 
  • Interact in various internal and external projects. 

Qualifications

Profile: 

  • Bachelor's or Master Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Business Economics; 
  • Minimum of three years of relevant working experience in finance, control or analyst role; 
  • Business acumen; can translate technical concepts to sales and management; 
  • Ability to collect, analyze and assimilate data from multiple sources (Tableau, Excel); 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders; project management experience is a plus; 
  • Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a pre); 
  • Problem solver with “can-do” mentality and an eye for detail; 
  • Flexible & hands-on approach; 
  • Team player.
