Job Description

Your role as Senior Recruiter;
As Senior Recruiter you will report to the Senior Manager Global Talent Acquisition and you will be responsible for 360 recruitment actions, from employer branding, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding to training Hiring Manager internally. As Native Instruments is a global organisation and TA is managed out of Berlin, you will recruit globally.
We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in English and has a passion for, and is very experienced in the full-life cycle of recruitment, preferably someone who has served in a similar role as this one, with international aspects, hands-on and strategic. This is a highly visible role in a growing organisation. You will be a key driver in further developing and establishing recruiting best practices to enable more growth and great hires for tech and non-tech positions globally. Your responsibilities are: 
•    Full life-cycle recruiting with an emphasis on positive candidate experience;
•    Communicating with internal and external parties (for example Line Managers, applicants and recruitment agencies) and manage expectations accordingly;
•    Working closely with Hiring Managers to determine and evaluate hiring priorities, position- and team needs in order to understand the recruiting efforts needed to fill the position;
•    Helping creating inclusive job descriptions to attract diverse candidates and provide a helpful insight into the position requirements;
•    Assessing different channels ensuring to have healthy pipelines of diverse and qualified candidates;
•    Collaborating with your colleagues of your recruiting team to establish global alliance in recruiting, streamline processes and enables continuous recruiting;
•    Cultivating a positive recruiting mentality within the company, that keeps an inspiring and productive recruiting culture.

Qualifications

Our new Senior Recruiter:
●    5+ years of professional experience in recruiting. Ideally background in both agency and in-house recruiting;
●    Track record of great hires, especially in the technical donation and scaling companies;
●    Experience with ATS Greenhouse is a plus;
●    Strong affinity for working in ambiguity and is easily adaptable to change as well as a deep love of constant change and challenge;
●    Affinity for tools and great interest in innovative ways to keep recruiting modern and efficient;
●    Experience juggling multiple positions and hiring deadlines without losing track of your goals;
●    Understanding of how data can support recruiting decision and where to get relevant data for such decisions;
●    Work in collaboration with a team as well as independently;
●    Strong communications skills with the capability of handling high level communication with leadership and heads of office;
●    Experience managing stakeholder expectations;
●    Solid analytical and data management skills as well as an affinity for tools;
●    Strong systemic thinking; data-driven decision making; ability to find root causes of issues and gain stakeholder support to address opportunities;
●    Fluent English language required;
