As a UX Designer at Value, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered interfaces that will help thousands of users achieve their goals. You'll work on a specific project critical to Value's needs, with opportunities to switch teams and projects as our fast-paced startup grows and evolves.

We're looking for a talented, driven UX Designer who is passionate about improving the user experience and eager to tackle new challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to create compelling designs that meet user needs and business goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting user research and analyzing user feedback to inform your designs
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user needs and business goals
• Collaborating with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Conducting usability testing and making design recommendations based on user feedback
• Staying up to date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve the user experience.

Qualifications To be considered for the UX Designer role at Value, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design process and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• English and French fluency

In addition, the following tech skills are preferred:

• Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with development tools such as Git, GitHub, or JIRA
• Experience with design systems and style guides
• Familiarity with design and collaboration tools such as InVision, Zeplin, or Abstract.
