Job Description

     The daily activity involves interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

     Your primary responsibility is to provide customer service via phone, email and chat in English.

Qualifications

We would like you to have:

  • A very good level of English both written and verbal;
  • Good computer skills and multitasking abilities;
  • Good capacity to understand customer needs and respond to them;
