Job description

Should have 12-15 years of testing domain experience and have worked in testing
delivery management roles for at least 6-7 years from this.

Should have excellent understanding of all Testing processes and test
life-cycle including TMMi and knowledge of relevant testing tools

Should have good understanding of the software development life cycle

Possess excellent Analytical Skills and ability to deliver a Test approach,
schedule and manage testing across multiple integrated environments

Should have created Test Strategy, Test Plan and other test deliverable
documents maintaining high quality of standard and processes

Ability to engage confidently with customer's IS Project and Programme Managers
along with Business Users will be essential for this role

Possess strong customer management, risk/escalation management and resource
management skills

Should have excellent documentation skills and both written and verbal
communication skills is mandatory

Experience in multi-vendor environment and working in multi-shore model.

ISTQB Certification would be an added advantage
