- Identifying opportunities to improve planning processes, data accuracy and efficiency.
- Investigating issues, understanding root causes and working collaboratively to implement solutions.
- Providing accurate and timely information to support operational and commercial decisions.
- Taking ownership of key planning activities and ensuring deadlines and deliverables are consistently met.

We're looking for someone who can operate confidently in a fast-paced FMCG environment and understands the complexities of planning within a manufacturing business.
You'll ideally have:
- Proven experience in site, production, supply or material planning within FMCG.
- Strong understanding of the relationship between raw materials, production and finished goods.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with large volumes of data and master data.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with planning systems – experience with IFS would be highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work effectively across multiple functions and influence stakeholders at different levels.
- A proactive approach, with the confidence to take ownership and drive activity forward.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy manufacturing environment.
