  • Champion the rollout of our manufacturing system, embedding it effectively and unlocking its full potential.
  • Design, execute, and validate high-impact projects that align with our manufacturing strategy and long-term goals.
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement by training and mentoring employees at all levels on Lean tools and CI techniques.
  • Use data-driven insights to prioritise initiatives, track progress, and share best practices across the group.

Qualifications

We’re seeking someone who combines technical expertise with exceptional interpersonal skills. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have a background in engineering with significant experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
  • Understand Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies, with the ability to implement them effectively.
  • Can build relationships effortlessly and influence stakeholders across all levels, from factory floor to senior leadership.
  • Have experience deploying systems like Redzone or similar manufacturing tools.
  • Are data-savvy, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bring energy, resilience, and a passion for leaving a lasting impact.
