Job Description

As Senior Group Reporting Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Valeo Foods’ success, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our Group’s financial reporting while driving business-critical decisions. This is more than just a reporting role—it’s an opportunity to shape processes, implement efficiencies, and contribute to high-impact projects as we integrate new acquisitions and transform our organisation.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Audit Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for internal and external audits, managing queries and timelines.
  • Acquisition Integration: Support onboarding of acquired businesses, including Purchase Price Allocations and business combination accounting.
  • Control and Compliance: Enhance group-wide controls, oversee key reconciliations, and ensure compliance with IFRS accounting standards.
  • Process Improvements: Drive efficiency in reporting cycles and implement best practices across the organisation.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Partner with teams in ESG, tax, and beyond, contributing to our reporting excellence.

Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with post qualification experience and deep knowledge of IFRS and Group consolidation.
  • Multinational Perspective: Experience in multi-currency, multi-entity consolidation is advantageous.
  • Analytical Excellence: Strong attention to detail and highly analytical, with a knack for identifying and solving problems.
  • Collaborative Approach: Confident communicator who can influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, thriving in a matrix organisation.
  • Drive for Results: A proactive, “can-do” attitude with the energy to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
