Job Description
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Customer Service Department. You will manage essential administrative tasks, ensuring that our customer accounts are handled with the utmost care and accuracy. Your role will involve everything from maintaining product databases to processing customer orders, and you will be the go-to person for managing data and reports for our commercial team.
We are looking for somebody to join the team on a Monday & Tuesday 08:30 - 17:00 and Wednesday 09:00 - 13:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the product database for our commercial team, ensuring all customer requirements are accurately reflected.
- Ensure customer orders are processed efficiently from start to finish, including receipt, stock availability checks, and invoicing.
- Respond to customer inquiries, manage claims for discrepancies, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication.
- Regularly update sales forecasts in SAP, track stock levels for all branded SKUs, and prepare necessary documentation for customer meetings.
- Work closely with third-party warehouses, haulers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and delivery processes.
Qualifications
- A high degree of accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with SAP/IFS systems is a plus.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, with a focus on clear and timely communication.
- Exceptional multitasking skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in the food industry and a commitment to maintaining the quality that Matthew Walker is known for.
