Your Role: Reporting to the Site General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing effective Health, Safety, and Environmental management across our Pontefract and Cleckheaton sites. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Analysing data and preparing HSE reports
• Providing advice and support on HSE issues
• Participating in inspections, audits, and incident investigations
• Supporting the identification of root causes and non-conformance closeouts
• Sharing best practices and promoting a safety culture

What We're Looking For:

• NEBOSH diploma or NVQ L5 Occupational Health & Safety (or studying towards)
• Experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and expertise in manufacturing operations
• Ability to influence cross-functional working and drive change
