National Account Manager

The aim of this role is to grow, profitably, your customer base in the Impulse channel. The National Account Manager will be responsible for a wide portfolio of confectionery brands and products.
You will have a strong focus on project management, as well as P&L and budget responsibilities. The National Account Manager will have a clear focus on the quality and quantity of distribution and activation of our brands. Collaborating closely with internal teams (Marketing, NPD, ROB, Planning & Category), you will help develop and execute the required pack format and range strategies to drive faster growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a keen negotiator to deliver sustainable growth whilst providing the best possible customer service.
This role is home-based but with regular travel and weekly travel to our main sites for team meetings.
- Degree-educated (preferred) or evidence of strong academics
- Experience within the Impulse channel (preferred), within an FMCG environment
- P&L management, forecasting skills
- Top-notch interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving licence required
