Job Description

VVL Systems is delivering leading edge consulting and subject matter expertise to various customers who are planning, currently, or course-correcting their migration to Microsoft Azure Government Office 365. As part of our service, we are looking for the expertise to help our customers through the journey in deriving value out of their investments. 

Must have the following experience:

  • Experience with migration of on premises Microsoft Exchange to Office 365 Government
  • Experience with mobile device management when migrating from On premise to O365.
  • Experience with Mailbox migrations
  • Experience with Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS)

Qualifications

Proven area of expertise desired:

  • Experience supporting and working with government agencies and their 24x7 mission critical systems.
  • Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM best practices.
  • Proven ability to collaboratively work with other IT staff (internal and customer staff) across technologies to facilitate effective issue resolution.
  • Strong organizational, project management and collaboration skills.
  • Lead/assist in post-migration problem identification and resolution.
  • Provide high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation.
  • Advise on exceptionally complex problems that necessitate a high-level knowledge of cloud and O365 products for effective implementation. 
  • Experienced in coordinating customer requirements, schedules, technical tasks as well as leading both collaborative and status meetings.
