Roles and Responsibilities:

•Candidate must be well versed in mission-critical application and infrastructure support.
•Experience with change/incident/problem management processes and ticketing systems such as Service Now.
•The candidate must have a background in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices and Agile experience.
•Candidate must have strong technical experience in Linux environment, excellent troubleshooting skills, scripting skills (Python, Shell and Perl), experience with job scheduling tools like Autosys.
•Candidate should be passionate innovator, willing to improve status quo and adapt in continuously evolving environment.
•Candidate would also be responsible for the improvement, growth and evolution of the archive process, including process documentation, best practices, tracking, and scoping.
•The candidate must be well organized, have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•The candidates should be detail orientated and possess strong analytical skills.
•They must demonstrate initiative, good judgement, be confident working independently and be comfortable handling sensitive, confidential information."
