Responsibilities

• Install, configure, patch, and manage physical and virtual Linux servers.
• Set up, configure, and oversee Apache web services.
• Use third-party tools (SolarWinds/Splunk), automation, and shell scripts to monitor server and database performance, availability, and security.
• Execute successful backups for all systems and databases and perform recovery operations as needed.
• Ensure high availability of Oracle systems, document disaster recovery plans, and conduct regular testing.
• Collaborate with team members to implement and support software solutions, customizations, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, system failures, and security incidents promptly.
• Provide technical knowledge in current and upcoming Linux and Oracle-related technologies for existing and future use.
• Ensure confidentiality; adhere to the AAA's information security and data privacy policies, procedures, and practices.
• Attend on-site meetings and training sessions.
• Demonstrate regular, reliable, and predictable job attendance.
