Responsibilities

·         Experienced Mori Seiki CNC Engineer

·         Responsible for planning and coordinating the move of a legacy machine from 1 Warsaw site to another including; Installation Layout Development and Approvals,

·         Creation of IQ Protocol, execution of IQ Protocol including development of Spare Parts and PM’s in Maximo

·         CSV-E deliverables (2) for Standard CNC, Programming (204) ALTRX SKU using previously approved CNC programs similar machine as baseline, development of JBS (Job Breakdown Sheets), aligning process

·         Criteria with Quality Partner, loading of approved CNC programs to ADAPTIV per procedures, Creation of OQ Protocol and PQ Protocol., Risk Analysis, Execution of OQ and PQ, Creation of OQ and PQ Reports.

·         We should have documents for installation the same type machine integrated in an automated cell that can be leveraged as baseline documents.
