- Use broad financial analysis and business knowledge to identify financial issues and opportunities to optimize financial results and to drive influence management decisions.
- Design and develop financial planning and control processes and systems.
- Review, analyze and forecast expenses and capital. Exercise financial influence in driving cost effective actions.
- Partner with other financial liaisons in preparation of management reporting package, and other special projects.
Job Duties/ responsibilities:
- Use broad financial analysis and business knowledge to identify financial issues and opportunities to optimize financial results and to drive influence management decisions.
- Design and develop financial planning and control processes and systems.
- Review, analyze and forecast expenses and capital.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- BS in Accounting or Finance. MBA preferred, CPA a plus.
- Experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
- Construction, Healthcare industry, Operations functional support, or cost accounting experience are all pluses.
- Strong experience creating financial models, including use of database manipulation (e.g. Access & Excel).
- Strong SQL and Microsoft Access and Excel skill
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Should be able to run large meetings independently.
