· Create and support fully automated and web-accessible anytime network dashboard for EHS monitored WAN circuits which automatically incorporates WAN data from new Secretariats brought on as part of OneNetwork

· Create and support fully automated and web-accessible anytime application dashboard for all data center applications and Wily-monitored (Java) EHS applications

Expected outcomes and deliverables include:

· Summary network metrics available online, on-demand in “local” Splunk

· Network information updated automatically with new circuits, etc.

· “Local” Splunk data and dashboards migrated to production Splunk

· Operations teams trained on network dashboard

· Production Splunk configured for TMG log ingestion

· Application dashboard built in production Splunk

· Production Splunk ingesting TMG, F5, Ace load balancer logs

Qualifications:

· Include a detailed description of the experience and skills required. Use additional space if needed.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering or other Information Technology related degree or equivalent experience

· Working knowledge of performance testing strategies and techniques is preferred

· Five to seven years of progressive post-baccalaureate industry experience designing, implementing, and delivering software using Service Orientated Architecture methodology.

· Four years of programming experience with technologies such as Python, C#, Java, C , SQL

· Passion for developing well-engineered software products

· Must possess demonstrable knowledge of software design patterns, data structures and modern programming techniques

· Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies.

· Strong design, coding and debugging skills in Java and/or C#

· Experience working with web technologies including HTML 5, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and JSON.

· Demonstrate track record of delivering big, complex, and business-impacting projects on time with no supervision.

· Demonstrate proficiency in developing/delivering multi-system business solutions.

· Influence technical direction of team and establish strategies for achieving individual or team goals and remove barriers to effective collaboration.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills and excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
