The person will be responsible for ETRACS and online application information architecture and page design, applying components, creating wireframes, elements, and creation of layout templates based on the needs of the various business units. This contractor should have extensive experience creating web applications with HTML5, CSS, modern Javascript in a mobile-first context. The contractor should also be familiar with Visual Studio, Handlebars.JS, and jQuery, and using these tools together to manipulate the DOM.

• Creates User Experience (UX) standards across multiple public-facing and business partner online applications for both layout and interactivity

• Write maintainable, forward-thinking Javascript and CSS across multiple websites and applications

• Build interfaces powered by REST Services that are mobile-first responsive
