About the job

We are looking for a Junior HR Specialist to join our quickly growing team in Cracow. You will have a chance to gain professional experience in international environment within interesting industry and great possibility of further development. In this role you will have the opportunity to learn new practical HR skills, participate in interesting HR projects and organize your work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist employees in a timely manner regarding local regulations, processes, HR policy and procedural questions;
  • Administer HR-related processes and programs (e.g., benefits open enrolment, payroll, mobility, social fund, pension, insurance etc.) plus work with finance team and external payroll vendor
  • Create and maintain personnel files
  • Participate in the organization of HR projects such as Talent Succession Review, Employee Engagement Survey, Competency Review and many others
  • Inputting employee data into HR admin system and ensuring its regular updating
  • Preparation of employee documents such as contracts, certificates, research referrals, etc.
  • Conducting induction for new employees, assist in training of new employees
  • Cooperation with HR external providers (e.g.: Health and safety, payroll, benefits)
  • Prepare ad hoc reports

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Fluent Polish is a Must Have
  • Work experience in HR area (HR administration, recruitment, comp&ben)
  • Distinct quality mindset and attention to detail
  • Strong process focus and drive for results
  • Ability to stay focused under pressure and manage urgent tasks against timelines
  • Ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships with others and to effectively contribute to a highly collaborative work environment
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge and experience across regional and organizational boundaries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
  • Fluent English
