VOR Technology is a privately held, veteran, and minority owned small business that provides Cyber Intelligence Solutions to government, private industry and critical infrastructure. To include but not limited to Computer Network Defense (CND), Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) and Cyber Forensics. We aim to use our technical expertise in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Information Assurance (IA) to support Cyber operations and training. Our mission is to provide support to government efforts in planning, coordination, and the execution of seamless cyberspace operations.

SGA Analyst will be responsible for researching, compiling, evaluating and integrating Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) in support of Counter IED Targeting. Accesses SIGINT databases used in geo spatial analysis. Performs link-and-nodal analysis, data mining, and metadata analysis utilizing geo-spatial analytical techniques; presents SIGINT findings utilizing visualization applications. Assist in the preparation and presentation of intelligence briefings to DoD and other government agencies.

 **A MINIMUM OF 4 MONTHS DEPLOYMENT WITHIN FIRST YEAR REQUIRED

Requirements:

Must hold a current TS/SCI clearance, CI poly minimum.  Must be willing to take FS poly.

• 4 years minimum of directly related experience with SIGINT and intelligence analysis

• Experience with SIGINT tools, techniques, and processes

• Experience with SIGINT Geospatial Analysis (SGA)/Geospatial Metadata Analysis (GMA)

• Experience with analysis and reporting

• Experience with SIG/DEV

• Knowledge of telecommunications networks

• Knowledge of collection systems

• Knowledge of social network analysis methodologies

• Familiarity and previous use of BANYAN, Global Reach, ArcGIS and Analyst Notebook is
  required.

• Knowledge of RTRG tool suite (for deployers)

• Must be amenable to shift work.

• Graduate of Geo-Cell Boot Camp

Desired: (GISA 2000/DEPL 2000)

• Knowledge of product reporting desired.

• Experience independently producing serialized SIGINT end product reports using CPE.
