Your responsibilities as a Customer Success Manager

In this role you will play a crucial role in strengthening our rapid growth by supporting our (international) customers with excellent service and top performance. You will end up in an innovative environment where, as pioneers in recruitment and marketing, we continuously think outside the box.

As a Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for increasing customer engagement and making optimal use of our VONQ products and services, contributing to long-term customer relationships and maximum impact.

Your main responsibilities revolve around:

  • Taking care of a group of worldwide customers
  • Optimizing the customer experience, encouraging customer engagement;
  • Develop a growth plan together with the customer and guide them accordingly;
  • Analyzing and monitoring customer accounts to identify risks and opportunities;
  • Proactively advise customers based on analytics;
  • Monitoring and periodically measuring customer satisfaction;
  • Act as the voice of the customer for our internal team, making product development recommendations, and gathering insights on desired features.

Qualifications

How you fit into the picture

We believe that the following skills and experience may be useful to be successful in this role:

  • At least 2 years of work experience as a Customer Success Manager, as an Account Manager or in another relevant field;
  • Be driven to build strong and meaningful relationships with customers and enjoy doing so;
  • Experience with SaaS / Software sales; recruitment marketing is an advantage;
  • Fluent in English; Spanish and/or French is an advantage
  • Entrepreneurial mentality: at VONQ we attach great importance to a positive self-starting and can-do attitude, ownership and flexibility.

This role is based in Rotterdam, and whilst we support hybrid working, it is important that you live close by and can travel to our office easily. For this role it is also essential that you can be in the office at least 2 to 3 days a week to meet and collaborate with your colleagues.
