You will be contributing to our flagship, Saleor-based product as part of a wider world-class backend team. Your duties will include:

- Working in an agile (scrum) environment and delivering high-quality applications/services
- Owning complex user stories, understanding requirements, communicating effectively with your development lead and product owner
- Understanding the different solutions a problem has and choosing the right one based on non-functional criteria
- Using Python/Django/Saleor to build a custom e-commerce application that extends on the core functionality provided by the frameworks to adapt it to a B2B use case.
- Writing and maintaining tests
- Writing/maintaining API and codebase documentation
- Effectively communicating and working with other developers

5+ years of experience in Python Engineering or related sphere
Experience with working in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience with programming in Python(with Django and Graphene)
Experience with monolith architecture, as well as SOA
Exposure/knowledge of KISS/DRY, Lean Software Development, API Design (REST/GraphQL)

Bonus points for any of the following:

Proven passion for building software people love to use
Experience working in startups or a track record of successful launch of software products

Experience with PHP/Symfony

Experience with Devops and infrastructure practices and technology like CI, deployment automation, provisioning, Amazon AWS.
