We, an international software scale-up in the recruitment tech industry, are looking for a Channel Partner Marketing Manager in our Headquarters in Rotterdam, Netherlands or in Düsseldorf, Germany or from the US.

What you will do

You will be the go-to person for all partner marketing related campaigns and activities in the company. As an expert on how VONQ’s products and value propositions can enhance the way partners sell, you will:

  • Build VONQ’s partner marketing strategy for both our white label products together with our Head of Marketing & Partner Management Team

  • Bring this strategy to life in the United States and European markets in close collaboration with the internal marketing and partner management team

  • Work with internal partner management to establish the processes necessary to support the channel including developing and maintaining sales enablement materials, collateral, and communication about and training for product updates

  • Effectively coordinate and collaborate with multiple partners to plan and execute joint campaigns to generate revenue, maximize partner engagement and get their users excited to use the white label features

  • Work with the internal marketing team to execute activities including but not limited to success stories, events, webinars, analyst meetings and partner trainings

  • Manage relationships with partner marketing & sales teams to stay top of mind and ensure partner’s ad-hoc marketing and sales needs are met surrounding the white label features

  • Be a liaison between partners and internal partner management and development teams

  • Support the internal partner management team with acquiring new partners and collaborate with the internal marketing team as needed for acquisition campaigns

  • Work closely with Head of Marketing to support the initiatives around a multi-channel, multi-market strategy

  • Analyze partner performance and impact on market share and competitive landscape

  • Manage the channel partner marketing budget together with the Head of Marketing

  • Coordinate external agencies as needed 

How you fit into the VONQ family

First things first: we highly value a strong, self-starting mentality and a hands-on approach to the work to be done. This being said, to achieve your goals, we believe you ideally should have/be:

  • Native English or Dutch speaking and writing; you get plus points if you speak German

  • Professional English skills that allow you to work with international colleagues is a must

  • Strong communication and presentation skills 

  • Can build relationships, sell and deal comfortably with executives 

  • Knows how to deliver to build credibility

  • Able to drive and manage cross-functional initiatives 

  • A degree or completed training in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field

  • At least 4 years of experience working in a partner management, talent acquisition manager  or partner marketing role, ideally in a B2B tech environment or HR industry with a focus on OEM or white label partnerships

  • An expert in indirect channel marketing

  • Experience in using marketing automation and CRM software, ideally Salesforce, Pardot and Intercom

  • Experience in working with and interpreting data to define your strategy

  • Familiarity with SaaS usability and user experience is a plus

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics or WordPress is a plus

  • Knowledge of any Adobe Suite products is a plus
