About the job

As a Customer Success manager at VONQ you get the opportunity to work with a group of the most valued international customers VONQ is serving. You will be responsible for growing customer engagement and optimising their use of VONQ services. In this role

  • You will be taking care of a group of International customers (European Institutes and international corporations)

  • You are responsible for the optimization of customer engagement, and use of VONQ services

  • You develop a growth plan together with the customer and steer accordingly

  • You analyze and monitor customer accounts and identify risks and opportunities

  • You proactively give advice to customers based on analytics

  • You monitor customer satisfaction by measuring it periodically

  • You are the voice of the customer in our product development by collecting and creating feature requests.

  • You will support customers with their advert preparation

Qualifications

Job requirements

At VONQ we greatly value a positive self-starting and can-do attitude. In addition, and to help us achieve our goals, we think you should have the following top characteristics and traits to be a successful Customer Success Manager:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience as a Customer Success Manager or as an Account Manager.

  • Eager to build strong and meaningful relationships with customers

  • Experience with SaaS / Software sales

  • Fluent in English. Solid French is desirable
