Senior Account Manager
Full time - ASAP - Rotterdam City Centre

As a Senior account manager at VONQ you'll get the opportunity to: 

  • Develop and execute on a strategic plan for your territory, 
  • Conduct in-depth discovery to understand customers business priorities and seek alignment with our solutions,
  • Translate VONQ’s proposition to meet customer success in order to minimize churn
  • Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Manage the sales process, following each step with tight control after each phase
  • Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status

How do you fit into the VONQ family picture?
First things first: we highly value a strong, self-starting mentality and a hands-on approach to the work to be done. This being said, to achieve your goals, we believe you ideally should have the following top characteristics and traits to be a successful Account manager: 

  • 4-7 years experience as a quota-carrying sales representative 
  • Ability to communicate on all levels with our customers
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in fast paced, changing environment 
  • Genuine customer empathy 
  • Excellent written & verbal communication both Dutch and English
  • A thirst for knowledge and growth in a scale-up environment 
  • A sense of urgency and persistence 

It's definitely a pre if you have a background in the (recruitment) marketing space.
